We are open and turnaround is normal (twice weekly dispatch).
Normal opening times are Mon – Thurs, 9am – 4:30pm.
Please be aware that we are not box shifters but manufacture most of our items in house. We dispatch Craftimetals orders twice a week (for faster service please order on our Sublimetals site).
Please remember though, we operate on a true 4 day week (so staff are paid for 5 days but work only 4) so orders received after midday Thursday definitely won’t be processed until the following Monday, many thanks for your understanding!
Please also remember custom cut or bulk discounted orders can be 2-5 days turnaround.
