Custom Cut INSERT – Small Circle, Oval, Square or Rectangle – 0.5mm – Variable Size MAX 50mm x 50mm SET UP REQUEST

Use this item to request a circle, oval, square or rectangle (can have rounded corners if required) INSERT in 0.5 mm thick aluminium (up to maximum 50 x 50 mm) to be made exactly to fit your item.

This service is for creating small standard shape inserts that exactly fit your item – this is time consuming (in terms of trialing on our expensive machines, which normally requires at least 2 attempts and listing on our website to reorder) we charge an intital one-off set up fee towards our costs, which is £20 currently.

After ordering, you post us the item you require us to make the inserts for (please send the ITEM the insert will fit INTO, not another insert!). We will then create the insert and list it on our standard circle, oval or square/rectangle item as a Custom Cut in your exact size, for you to re-order any time (this is a 10 day turnaround service from receipt of item to listing on the site).

You may still order your item if needed as an insert without using this service, but if so you must agree that Custom Cut items are not returnable if you are unhappy at the fit (they will be made exactly to your measurements but your measurements may not be accurate as it is very difficult to measure recesses (we say from bitter experience lol!).

Please check that your sizes are within the parameters stated for this item. If not we will have to refund the whole order for you to place correctly. These ‘variable’ items allow us to be completely flexible and provide you with a custom cut sample insert as easily as possible.
