Guide To Our Website!

We have to admit, with such a large product range, our website can seem quite complicated! We are keen to offer as much flexibility and customisation as we can when it comes to ordering from us, and that means we offer a very wide selection of products and options to meet these specific needs. We also have a lot of information available across our website that may be useful to you.

This guide is designed to highlight the important areas of our website, along with giving hints and tips on the best way to navigate and find the products and information that you need.

Homepage (and Top Bar on every page)

Searching For Products…

There are a number of ways that you can search for and find products on our website. The method you use might be personal preference, but may also depend on whether you know what kind of product you’re looking for. All of the following ways can be accessed from the homepage:

Search Bar

The search bar is indicated by the magnifying glass icon at the top of the homepage. When you click on the icon, the search bar will appear. If you have a specific product that you know the name of in mind then using the search bar to locate what you’re looking for can make things quick and easy. If you’re looking for something by measurement – note we list in mm – and you need to search without the mm sign – so if looking for a 100 mm square coaster, type: 100 100 in the search box and scroll down – you will see all products matching these dimensions.

‘Show Categories’ Drop Down Menu

Click the ‘Show Categories’ button up near the top of the homepage to activate the menu. This pop out menu gives you the complete overview of all of the categories and subcategories we have on the website, as clickable links. This is useful if you want to see the range of products and categories we have, or view/find the products in a particular category.

Our Products

This section is on the homepage (just a short scroll down!) and is a pictorial overview of our main product categories, when you click them, you see the subcategories they contain. This is a good place to start from to browse and see the kinds of products we offer, especially if you’re not certain what you need and want to see a summary of the range.

Using Tags

Our main tags are shown a bit further down on the homepage, and these can be a good place to start browsing through if you don’t know what you want and want to see the kinds of products that we offer, grouped by theme or occasion rather than item. Since there is a lot of crossover within our range, many of our items fit into multiple tags and categories, but this can be an easier way to find them.

News and Offers

The News and Offers tab contains the archive of all of our previous Newsletters, which are worth browsing, even if older.

We include all sorts of useful information about our products and ways that you can use, design, and market them to your own customers.

If you would like to see what we’ve been up to recently, which products in our range are new and/or updated, if there is any big news or announcements to share, or to see updates on our scheduled shutdowns so you can prepare your orders accordingly – then be sure to keep up with these posts, or even better – subscribe to our Email newsletter or join our Facebook customer group!

Inspiration Gallery

The Inspiration Gallery is where we keep all of the projects we have done and our ‘Share to win’ customer photo gallery.

Our projects are usually themed for a specific occasion or season (eg: Father’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, etc…). This groups products and ideas together nicely in one place. We also have some ‘step by step’ and ‘how tos’ for various products in this section – and we have plans to continue to add to this in the future!

This is a great place to go if you need some inspiration for ways to use our products, or even just want to find something completely new to try.

We’re constantly adding new projects with each newsletter we do, so make sure you’re checking back periodically to see if there’s anything that peeks your interest…

Your Account

Along the top of the screen you will find ‘Your Account’, click on this to sign in and access your account dashboard.

Making an account with us is free and easy, and it allows you to save your details for easy checkouts in future! (we follow GDPR protocols and don’t save any payment info, so you needn’t have any security worries!).

As indicated above, all of your previous orders are listed in one place and you can download the invoices and templates from each order as needed – easier than searching through your emails to find what you need!

Favourite Products

If you are logged into your free account, then on every product page, you will find the ‘Add to Favourites’ button just below the list of categories and tags and above the Made in Britain logo.

If you have made an account with us and are signed in, simply click this button on any product that you want to save to your favourites page.

To access all products you have marked as a favourite, click on the ‘Products’ tab on the bar along the top of the page. In the drop down menu, click on ‘Your Favourites’ and this will take you to all the products you have saved.

Saving products as favourites is recommended to make things easier if you order a particular product regularly, or even if you just want to mark a product that interests you for later so you don’t have to go searching for it again.

New Products

If you click the ‘New Products’ tab in the list along the top of the website, it will take you to our ‘Latest Products’ page. Here you can see a list of every product on our website that is either brand new or has been recently updated.

This is a good page to scroll through if you’re looking for something new to try, looking for inspiration for your own products, or are just interested to see what new things we’re introducing!

If you visit our website’s homepage and scroll down, near the bottom there is also a preview of 8 of our most recent products. This is good to visit if you want a brief snapshot of some of our newest products to see if anything catches your interest.

Share To Win

We love seeing all the brilliant designs and products that our customers create using our metal! If you would like to win a £10 off voucher to use with your next order, then you can share photos of your creations via email or Facebook Messenger.

Please note that if you enter the Share To Win, we may use your photo(s) on our website, in our Newsletters, and on our social media pages.

You can find the Share To Win photos in the Inspiration Gallery. It is always at the top and is regularly updated with photos that our customers send in to us. Alternatively, you can scroll down to the very bottom of our homepage and click ‘Find Out More’ in the Share to Win box.

For another way to be in with a chance of winning a £10 off voucher, you can join our Facebook Customer Group. Every month we choose one or two of our customers’ shared metal makes to receive a voucher! But there’s no requirement to join the group to enter by email/messenger and you can enter as many times as you would like!
